"The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. "5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

"The property was clean, roomy and comfortable. The only negatives where that the Roku's batteries were dead so we could not use the TV and the creamers were all bad so I had to drink black coffee but otherwise I would recommend this place. "

"This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated. It used to be three separate units, so therefore we had three full bathrooms for our 3-bedroom - which was probably a bit more than we needed but still...
