The ground floor is fully accessible and includes a large bedroom with en-suite accessible bathroom. The upstairs features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a queen and twin bedroom sharing an additional full bathroom. 
You can park in front of the home. Absolutely no animals (including service animals) or smoking allowed.
As we have a septic system, please throw only septic-safe toilet paper (provided) down the toilet system, absolutely no sanitary items, wet-wipes, paper towels or oil (especially in the kitchen).
