This charming 2,200 sq. ft. Log Cabin is all about relaxation and privacy. Located on Phillips Lake - one of the most pristine lakes in Maine - close to Bangor, Ellsworth, Camden, and Bar Harbor. Granite Fireplace with remote controlled gas insert. See the gorgeous sunsets looking over the lake from the deck with gas grill. Kitchen with island, gas range, and dishwasher. Master bedroom with King Size bed downstairs and two bedrooms with queen size beds upstairs. Fully modernized with high speed WiFi, DirecTV with 2 new 4K TVs, and stereo system featuring Apple Airplay. Includes MLB/NFL/NBA packages to follow your home team while you are on vacation or use the Apple TVs to login to your streaming subscriptions.

Great location to visit prime Maine coastal areas without having to put up with all the crowds when you are at your home relaxing. Bar Harbor (33 miles), Camden (56 miles), Bangor (15 miles), and Ellsworth (13 miles). You may not want to leave Phillips Lake which offers swimming, boating, and fishing. Fall foliage views are beautiful right from your deck. The winter offers excellent ice fishing and snowmobile trails. You won't find a prettier lakefront setting in all of Maine.

The cabin and views of the lake were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Many amenities included. Lots of pantry items available to use. Loved the fireplace and decor was very homey. Wish we would of had some time to enjoy the nice outdoor fire pit area. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful week in October! From the moment we arrived, my family and I felt very welcomed and at home. We found the house to be extremely clean, organized and comfortable. It was well stocked in the kitchen as well as many board games on hand and tons of books to choose from. My husband especially appreciated the master bedroom on the first floor as walking up stairs is hard for him. We enjoyed the ease of the gas fireplace on a chilly rainy day which turned into a cozy reading morning around the fire. We also enjoyed the very large tv in a separate room and there were so many streaming choices! We took trips to Schoodic Peninsula and Acadia during the week as they were less than an hour away. We've been renting Maine houses for the past six years and this house, by far, is my family's favorite. Thanks to our wonderful host, Michael, for being available to us in case we had any issues and for the welcome gift bag of local Maine products. I highly recommend this property for your next trip!

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful property. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The towels are plush. The sunset is breathtaking. There are tons of tv apps to chose from if you need cant miss your show. Communication with the host is very easy. We kayaked on the lake in previous visits but not this year although the weather was perfect. Thank you Mike and Sue for another fantastic stay and for the much appreciated welcome gift.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal, tucked away just enough for peace and quiet but close to everything we wanted to explore. The host was responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in the space. From the cozy touches to the smooth check-in, it all felt effortless. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Such a cool place.

We loved the cabin! It was such a beautiful and peaceful location. The back deck had such a beautiful view with such pretty sunsets! Kayaking on the lake was awesome! This cabin had everything you needed, it was well stocked and very clean! Would definitely recommend!

This cabin is outstanding to say the least. Very well stocked everything you will need is already there. The lake view is gorgeous. It has 4 Kayaks and a canoe.The beds are very comfortable. My son asked her girl friend to marry him on the boat house deck !! I would for sure stay here again .

Utterly amazing

Mike’s place is absolutely divine. We had the best week here! The home is absolutely beautiful, we’ve never stayed in a place so well stocked with everything one might need, and it was immaculately clean. The location is central and easy to get to shopping when needed, but also close enough to Acadia and the island to be able to enjoy outings there as well. Communication with Mike was fantastic and he was incredibly helpful. Truly a special week with family and we really hope to be back someday!

We really enjoyed the Cozy Log Cabin and we especially enjoyed beautiful Phillips Lake! We highly recommend it. The only downside to the location in relation to MDI, Acadia National Park, and Schoodic Peninsula is the heavy traffic and slow drive-time to and from these destinations; especially through Ellsworth, etc. Although the distances are not great, it took us longer than we anticipated and the time spent driving did cut into our plans a bit. If your main destination is MDI / Acadia National Park, I'd recommend staying a bit closer to MDI. But if your main goal is to relax and enjoy a beautiful inland Maine lake and a comfortable and well-stocked cabin, this location is ideal!

Beautiful cabin on the lake

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our family of five had plenty of space and enjoyed the kayaks, canoe, game room and well appointed kitchen throughout our stay. Fishing gear was provided and my son and I fished our hearts out! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we put the washer and dryer to good use. Communicating with the owner was easy peasy. Everything was as it appears on the listing, but the views of the lake are even more beautiful than the pictures can show! Thank you for letting us stay, we loved our first adventure to Maine!

We loved our stay at the log cabin. This was home base for us for a week of activities in and around Acadia. It was the perfect retreat after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The log cabin was spotless and the welcome goodies upon arrival were much appreciated. The beds were very comfy and having the two full bathrooms kept the five of us on schedule for early morning departures for our adventures. We were about a 50-55 minute drive from the entrance to Acadia. Unfortunately, the bugs were very active given the time of year so we were not able to take advantage of any water activities on Lake Phillips. We would highly recommend the Cozy Log Cabin if visiting the Bar Harbor/Acadia area.

Splendid!!

This cabin is the best home rental we have stayed in! They have everything to enjoy the lake and your stay in their beautiful lakeside cabin. Touches of home everywhere including the beautifully landscaped yard. I can’t say enough good things about this special property we enjoyed so much. A close drive to Maine attractions in every direction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat from “the real world”. Absolutely splendid!

Beautiful home on phillips lake

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Was pleasantly surprised. Host Mike was awesome. Very attentive and responded quickly to our emails. This property was well equipped. We needed nothing. Location on phillips lake was a plus. It is only a 45 minute ride to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.. we are hoping to come back in the summer

This is a beautiful home/cabin with everything you could possibly need for 3 couples to stay comfortably. If you had children with you, there are separate locations for them to play video games and watch their shows while not disturbing adults.nonoddesturb

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home! The setting on Phillips Lake was exquisite and we enjoyed using the kayaks provided by the host. The cabin was well-stocked and well-maintained - absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and relaxing

From the moment we walked in we could tell the cabin was incredibly clean and well appointed, no details unnoticed. Everything was well stocked and the kids really loved the gaming systems! The outside spaces gave everyone a spot to relax and rest while soaking in the birds and nature. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. The welcome goodies were deeply enjoyed by everyone and we even went and bought some additional ones to take home! The entire experience exceeded our expectations and was very relaxing and comfortable. We’d love to come back again Seriously the best VRBO we’ve ever had. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here!

Beautiful cabin on the lake

Wonderful cabin on a beautiful lake ~45 min from Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor. We stayed here with our 3 young children and the hosts were excellent. We can confidently say this is the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever encountered, and their communication combined with the ease of check-in/out made it an incredible experience. The lake was an added bonus, and we were able to swim/kayak/canoe with ease. If you’re traveling to Acadia you should absolutely book this property.
