Villa @ Red Bridge sleeps a maximum of 7 adults/children, and consists of 3 master bedrooms, a living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and library spread across 2 levels. The open plan living design provides an airy, expansive feel, leading to a large upstairs balcony, and a garden courtyard filled with tropical flora. All rooms have ceiling fans and sliding insect screens giving you the choice of sleeping with cool river breezes or air-conditioned air.
Floor space over the two levels is more than 250 square metres, and the garden is a vast 500 square metres.

Villas feature natural stone and wood finishes and the roof is clad in ‘traditional style’ ceramic tiles. Interiors evoke an Asian ambience while retaining a clean, modern feel. Accented with antique furniture and the work of local artists, features include delicately carved marble work, deeply oiled wooden antiques, and richly upholstered contemporary furniture.

Villa @ Red Bridge is a separate private compound within Red Bridge – restaurant, cooking school, bar, and swimming pool.
It is located in the quiet and peaceful Cam Thanh village – Hoi An ‘Ancient Town’ or the beaches of the South Asian Sea are only 2kms away – a short boat, taxi or bike ride away.

Bedrooms
Villa @ Red Bridge has three air-conditioned bedrooms with king sized beds all with river views. Each has a large walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with massage bathtub and walk-in shower. Twin bed configuration is available on request. An extra bed is available at an additional cost. A baby cot can be provided at no additional cost.

Living Dining Room & Kitchen
This open plan area, measuring 100 square metres, is fully air-conditioned, but can also be thrown open with sliding wooden doors, connecting the area to the garden courtyard.
The living room has 2 large leather sofas, an iPod socket which is connected to speakers throughout the living areas and the garden, LCD television screen with satellite TV programming, and a library of the latest films to watch on DVD.
The main dining table seats 8 persons comfortably and can be extended for additional guests.
Villa @ Red Bridge provides a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and features a Cappuccino machine and Fagor oven. Other equipment includes large fridge, toaster, food processor and fruit juicer.

Front Garden Courtyard
The garden leads down to the Hoi An River and has an outdoor dining area and sun lounges.

Back Garden & Car Park
Winding path through lush tropical gardens leads to a private car park for 2 vehicles and the villa’s 6 mountain bikes.

Swimming Pool
The adjacent 20 metre long Red Bridge swimming pool is available to guests during daylight hours.

Library
Relax on the large day bed while reading a wide selection of books and current magazines.

Internet & Phone
Unlimited Wi-Fi is yours to enjoy while you are our guest. An Ipad is available.
A mobile phone is provided during your stay at no charge for local and national calls.

Dining
Breakfast is included in your rate, and features freshly made juice, cereals, French baguettes, choice of eggs, and a latte or cappuccino. Vietnamese breakfast is available, and can be requested during your stay.
Dine at Red Bridge Restaurant or ask them to arrange private dining in your villa.
A large selection of premium wines is available through our partnership with White Marble Wine Bar.

Linen and Laundry
Bed linen and house/pool towels are supplied. A full laundry service is included in your rate.
A washing machine & dryer is on-site.

Power
The villa’s electricity is supplied by the Vietnamese national power company at 220 volts. A generator is on 24-hour stand-by just in case there is a power cut. Electrical sockets use the two-pin system commonly found in Europe and Australasia. Adaptor plugs are available.

Security
A security guard patrols the outside perimeter of the villa walls at night.

- Parties/events will be considered on a case-by case basis. Small gatherings for guests of
- the villa are acceptable and special arrangements can be made with prior notice.
- However the villa is not suitable accommodation for large gatherings such as wedding or conference events.
