"To start with the hotel is far from being a 5 stars hotel. Location was definitely good, being close enough to the action without the disturbance. Service though is poor and confusing. I can see they really try hard but still, example, although requested in advance there was no extra bed in our room (I must say why they charge for that since we are paying for 3 pax but anyway). Upon our complaint they apologize and said that as gesture of goodwill they would not charge for the first night (the night we did not had the bed!!!). Be mindful of the mold as well if you are allergic! They do have a beach club, which is great, but again, service sucks! They cannot manage to get the transfer back to the hotel, worse than that, they simply cannot be straight in communicating, I recognize the idiom may be a barrier but then don’t consider yourself a 5 stars hotel!"
