This exclusive studio apartment offers spacious living space for two people on 80 m². The combination of modern technology and stylish furnishings, using high-quality materials and antiques, leaves nothing to be desired.

In the living/dining room, you'll find a gas fireplace that can be controlled at the touch of a button, a flat-screen TV, and a Geneva sound system that connects to your smartphone, tablet, or laptop via Bluetooth. You can also access a small selection of literature in the mini library. Wi-Fi is also available.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Otherwise, all cooking utensils are provided for you to indulge in your own creations. From the large roof terrace, you can experience the waterfowl's resting places unfiltered.

In addition to a 2.0 m x 2.20 m waterbed (gel), the bedroom features a flat-screen TV that can be raised from the dresser at the end of the bed using a remote control. A panoramic window above the bed ensures you won't miss the starry night sky. The east-facing balcony, accessible from the bedroom, allows you to enjoy breakfast with a view of the Baltic Sea.

All windows can be shaded with American shutters or roller blinds. Insect screens are also available in the bedroom. A safe large enough for a laptop is available.
In the bathroom, you won't have to miss out on the expansive view or your favorite movie. You can enjoy both from the whirlpool. Or you can stream your favorite music directly into the whirlpool from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. A selection of select bath products is available. After a long walk on the beach, you'll look forward to your private sauna, or, for those who prefer less intense temperatures, the heat cabin. The experience is rounded off by the large Wellness RainDance shower. The bathroom also features a shower/toilet. A washer/dryer is also conveniently located in the bathroom.

You can park your car right in front of the front door. A lockable bicycle storage area is available. Towels, bath towels, sauna towels, and oversized bed linen are, of course, included.
