"Check in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help
Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice

Smart frontage and free parking in a quiet residentially focussed part of the town but just minutes walk from the high street and St Anne’s Pier. "We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper."

The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.

"O quarto cujo chão era carpete não possuía ventilador. Sendo assim, além do calor, a janela ficava obrigatoriamente aberta para a ventilação. Ocorre que o quarto era voltado para rua. A janela estando aberta não havia barreira para o barulho feito pelos carros, caminhões etc."
