Beautiful cottage with winter garden and fenced plot in quiet villa area and on a dead end street. Nearby you can swim at the child-friendly sandy beach, where it is also allowed to fish. The stairs in the house have a safety gate, so even the smallest guests are safe in the house. You are in an area with many golf courses. In Kullaberg you can go horseback riding on Icelandic horses, diving and climbing. Easy to reach are Malmö, Båstad, Ängelholm and Copenhagen. For hiking you can use the Skåneleden trail near Ängelholm. Cycling is excellent on the Kattegatleden, Sweden's first cycle path, connecting Helsingborg with Gothenburg. Near the house is Kaptenens Trädgård, a beautiful park with tennis court. There are 10 golf courses within a 50 km radius. Tex Ittala is a nice outlet in Högenäs: kitchen equipment, fashion, shoes, fishing equipment and ceramics. Ingelsträde, a nearby town, houses a circus museum and a French café. Simply a vacation home with many possibilities for an eventful vacation.
