"A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!"

"This hotel is a beautiful work of art. Our room was absolutely massive and it had its own living room area. The finishes in the washroom were beautiful and we had tons of space to store all of our stuff. The view was off the charts. The location is also great as it is close to all of the major attractions and transportation methods. The street it is on, has some great restaurants, coffee, shops, and a fantastic pub."

"Chapa Farmstay is a unique experience. It's about 20 minutes from Sapa town proper which is great. Very quiet and pristine. "The room is well equipped and made for an enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing. Having been to SaPa many times, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. "AVOID! HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH! If I could give this property 0 stars, then I would! Where to start… the staff member at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. As soon as we arrived (2 hours early), after a long journey, tried to charge us almost double what we initially paid for an early check in.
