The location was perfect with the beautiful farms and open spaces but also within 10 minutes drive to stores and restaurants. "We live in North East and had family come stay for the weekend. Rather than having them stay at a hotel, we rented this house for the weekend and were so happy we did. This house was perfect. It was really clean and our family said the beds were really comfortable. Off street parking was great and the house’s location to the shops and restaurants in North East was convenient. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to visit North East."

"We have stayed at many VRBO in many states and have been impressed with most of them, but this far exceeded being impressed. The loft is beautiful, cozy, relaxing, and feels like home. "I stayed here with a group of 7 friends who get together for the weekend a couple times a year. We've rented a lot of houses by now, and this was one of the best! Absolutely beautiful interior, comfortable beds, everything we needed to cook and enjoy time together. The wooded area and park across the street were lovely. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. "My daughter was graduating from university of Delaware so we rented this place in Wilmington. Pretty easy drive back-and-forth from Newark to Wilmington. The place was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our five-person family. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use as well. The only issue was no patio furniture in the back deck area."
