Architectural designed and built in 1980, the original owner of the property was a Swiss expat, who also owned a local wood mill. With access to the best timber Tasmania has to offer, nothing was spared in the design and build of the property, which the locals nicknamed as the "Swiss Millionaire". Car is the best way to discover Tasmania. The neighbourhood is very popular with horse rider.
