"Highly Recommended – Perfect Stay by the River We had an amazing stay at River View Homestay. The kindness of the family made us feel truly welcome, always attentive beyond just breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bedroom and an immaculate bathroom. The location is ideal—just 2 minutes from Tam Coc center, yet peaceful by the river, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. A perfect mix of hospitality, comfort, and serenity—highly recommended!"

"Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. "

"とにかくこのホテルの宿泊者へのおもてなしは最高です。家族経営かと思いますが、オーナーのお母さんは絶えず声かけをしてくれて気遣いを感じ滞在を楽しませてくれます。またお嬢さんも積極的にコミニュケーションをとり、旅のさまざまなアドバイスをくれました。また大学で日本語を専攻されてたそうで、流暢な日本語を話されます。当地では日本語を話せるスタッフは皆無だとおもいますので、日本人旅行者には有り難い存在だと思います。"

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. "Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me a great tour on a moto of the surrounding tourist sites, cooked me delicious breakfast every morning, and gave me some free wine every night. My room was clean, toilet and shower works great, and plenty of hot water. The surrounding city/village is beautiful. They assisted me in booking my next bus to Sapa village. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. "Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. "
