Staying in my accommodation, you will get what you see in photos plus amazing hospitality & amenities.
Having been working in hospitality industry for years, I am here to bring the most enjoyable experience to guests when they visit this city.
The accommodation is located on Saigon Riverbank in District 4, one of the Central Business Districts, just 5 to 10 mins to City Attractions. Everything for a great stay are just around.

THE SPACE

Guests' experience is always my top priority as I ensure to prepare the room carefully before your arrival.
Staying here, you are totally entitled to experience all below brand new facilities:

- Living room: You can relax on sofas watching entertaining programs on smart TV, with air-conditioner, access to internet using high speed wifi. Besides, air-freshener, tissues, carpet, shoes storage & slippers are provided

- Bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen size beds, air-conditioners & high quality beddings will make you feel comfortable falling asleep after a long day of working/exploring the city. Each room has a closet with hangers inside. This is suitable for a family or group of friends.

- Bathrooms: two bathrooms are designed with glass shower enclosures, lavabos & toilets. Hot water, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair-dryer, toothpaste, comb and toilet papers.

-Kitchen: Unlike a hotel room, here you can cook your meals in a clean kitchen with induction stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, pans, pots, bowls, glasses, knives, and other cooking utensils. A nice set of dining table with 4 seats will help you enjoy your meal more deliciously.

- Laundry area: washing machine, detergent & fabric softener are provided for free. Clothesline pole will help your clothes dry up quickly.

- Balcony: smoking is not allowed inside the apartment because it might cause bad smell in the room (will be charged money). Guests can smoke at the balcony, but please be careful with fire.

- Swimming pool: there are 2 swimming pool with nice city view in the building. The one is on 5th floor of Tower A1 (your tower), and the other is on rooftop of Tower B. Guests can access both. In addition, there is a BBQ area on the same floor with the pool.

- 24/7 open with security: receptionists during daytime, security guards, no curfew.

- Children playground: there is a children playground at the ground floor of the building.

- Taxi/Grab: There should be no hassle for calling for a taxi here. Grab taxi is a convenient mean of transport in Saigon. And the security guards are always willing to help you with this.

GUEST ACCESS

- Guests can access to everything in the apartment, there is nothing to share with others.
- Access to the Building, Elevators, Swimming Pool, BBQ, Rooftop by Residence Card - 24 hours check in.
- Access to the apartment by electronic lock on the door (we will provide you the new password of the lock when you book the apartment)

- Send you a message to guide you how to get to my apartment & self check-in.
- Support you when you need, please feel free to contact me anytime
- Introduce places of attraction in Saigon and Vietnam.
- My friend & I can speak English, Chinese, Korean & Japanese. Please feel free to communicate in your language.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

These are some notes:
- You can check-in at anytime after 2pm. Sorry that we cannot provide early check-in. However, we can help to store your luggage after 12pm. Please let me know in advance.
- Check-out time is before 12pm (noon). Sorry that we cannot provide late check-out. However, we can help to store luggage until 1:30pm on check-out date.
- I need all guests' passport information before the check-in date, as there is no front desk to accept this information at check in. You can just take picture of the main pages (the one with your passport number, picture and other details printed on). This is obliged by local law for temporary residence registration. I will send you the instructions to self check-in afterwards.
- Receptionist & security guards in the building are not my staff, but they can help you in some cases.
- 24 hour access, no restrictions (please always bring the cards with you)
- The apartment is not shared: you are the only guests during your stay.
- I will send you useful information about the apartment, surrounding areas,... to know more about the place.
- Please let me know your estimated time of arrival in advance.
