Facilities and services
The Central Garden building has 3 blocks in pink color : A, B and M and my apartment in building A.
So it's easy to be recognized among another surrounding buildings.
- Scooter and car parking available and the basement floor
- Convenient store at 3rd floor named Zakka mart open from 7am to 10pm
- A drink stand on the ground floor
- A coffee shop and breakfast and the ground floor named "Phuong Nam:
- Russian market (winter, sport, climbing accessories and clothes) at ground floor
- A 24/7 convenient store next to the building named Family Mart
- An ATM booth at the entrance of the building

- Check-in any time after 3PM (default is 3PM)
- Check-out any time before 12PM (noon) (default is 12 PM)

-We provide the self-checkin, so please follow my self-checkin after reservation.

*The electricity:
The standard household (hotel) electrical supply in Vietnam is 220 volts, 50 Hertz
Electrical sockets in Vietnam usually accommodate plugs with two pins (we have universal socket for all kind plugs)

* Robbery in Vietnam
Robbery happens everywhere in Vietnam, and the most popular cases are robbing your phones/ bags.

*Tips to avoid being robbed in Vietnam
- Phone: Don’t listen to your phone when you are on the street. If you need to listen to a phone call, you should choose a corner and listen to it. Be careful when using your phone on the street as well.
- Bag: I suggest to use a cross-body bag. The robbers have skills to take other bags really fast. Be careful, and leave your necessary things in your accommodation if you don’t need to bring them outside.
(Make a photocopy of your passport, bring the copied one outside and leave the original at the accommodation)
- Travel insurance: You should purchase travel insurance
