"The property was not as it was represented on VRBO. It was unclean and unsafe. The rooftop terrace was not as pictured, there was a lot of garbage and no usable furniture. There was no hot water for showers or dishes, there were clothes left in the laundry machine from the time we arrived up until we left. The entire apartment had a terrible musty moldy odor. The property was not on nor even near the beach."

"Gente... hotel 5 estrelas é outro nível. O quarto é ENOOORME, cama enorme e super confortável, tv grande, frigobar, vista de parte da praia, cortina com black out, banheiro com banheira e privada separada. Única coisa que a porta do blindex do box acaba deixando passar um pouco da água na hora do banho e mesmo colocando toalha no chão acabou molhando bastante. Tem espelho próprio pra mulherada se maquiar. Muitas luzes no banheiro. Muitos amenities. O andar com carpete MUITO cheiroso. Possui um bar que não tive tempo de ir e um restaurante onde tomamos o café da manhã que era FABULOSO. INÚMERAS opções e tudo muito gostoso. A vista do restaurante é incrível, pois é bem do alto. A piscina é muito boa, porém a água bem gelada mesmo indo na época de calor (junho). Tem dois ofurôs pequenos e um deles com água aquecida. Acho que o outro podia ser aquecido também. Também não seria uma má ideia da piscina ter a opção de ser aquecida para uma experiência mais agradável. Localização PERFEITA. A estação de trem é literalmente EM FRENTE. E está a 2 pequenas quadras da praia principal da cidade onde tem a orla linda da cidade de Tânger. Equipe do hotel super simpática. Um ponto importante (pra mim) possui ferro e tábua de passar roupa no quarto. Isso foi incrível, pois gosto de usar vestidos longos e que precisam passar."

"The hotel itself is palatial - nothing but the finest, best accomodations in a gorgeous setting with gorgeous views, stunning architecture and decoration details one could expect from a high end luxury hotel. However, the transfer system was a disappointment, the hotel is far from the city centre and you rely on the taxi service they provide - or should. I was left for one hour in the city without any transfer back to the hotel which I something I had asked them for. I had to take an anonymous taxi whose driver charged me twice as much. This sort of ruined my overall Tangier experience. I suggest the hotel provide a daily shuttle service to/from the hotel, which I guess would please its guests, especially its solo guests like me who don’t want to rent a car. Apart from that, rooms are impeccable, spotless, flawless, a real dream. The staff did what they could after I complained about their taxi service, they were kind and apologizing but I still feel one should not go through this sort of situation in a 5-star hotel liked this."
