Waterfront Paddles & Pours Cottage on Claytor Lake

Tucked away on a peaceful part of Claytor Lake, Paddles & Pours on Claytor is a completely renovated charming waterfront cottage. It is the perfect retreat for those looking to unwind and recharge. Wake up to the sounds of nature, watch deer, herons, eagles and osprey wander by and soak in the beauty of the lake. Great for a couples getaway, anniversary, Virginia Tech/Radford University events, romantic getaways, working remotely.

COTTAGE:
1. Kitchen: stocked kitchen with everything you should need including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, wine glasses, pots/pans, wine/bottle opener, scissors, lighter.

2. Family Room: large couch and 1 chair with a 50" TV for streaming, and board games.

3. Full Bathroom - custom glass-enclosed tile shower, toilet and vanity. Towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and hand soap provided.

4. Bedroom - Queen size bed and dresser.

Deck: great area to relax overlooking the lake with 4 chairs.

Screen Porch: perfect place to eat with table and 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs and 2 seats overlooking the lake.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, fire extinguisher, smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector, towels/linens.

A digital keypad offers access to the front door. WiFi with excellent connection and speed for working remotely. Fire pit for making memories and s'mores (Please bring wood).

There are 2 stand up paddle boards available for your use.

There is easy entrance to the lake where you can walk in. There is a sand bar about 40-50 ft out from the dock that prevents boats from the main channel from coming near the dock which makes it wonderful for swimming.

Pet Friendly for a pet fee, but NO cats allowed due to owner allergies.

There is an abundance of wildlife including deer, bald eagles, osprey, beavers, bear, fox, snakes, herons, etc...

We currently offer another listing on VRBO of a neighboring waterfront home with 5 Bedroom and 3.5 baths and another cottage next door with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath.
