Waterfront! Amazing views! Minutes from Galveston and Kemah!

Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, has everything you need for the perfect family vacation! Spend the day exploring near by attractions, fishing from the front yard, or simply enjoying the beautiful views from your private upstairs deck

The house is nestled in a great little fishing community, nothing fancy, you'll see some RVs and trailers. However, the location is great because it is 15 minutes away from Galveston Beaches, 24 minutes away from the Texas City Dike, 30 minutes from Kemah Boardwalk, and 10 minutes away from the Fairgrounds giving lots of room for fun things to do with very little drive time and an added bonus of breath taking nature views!

If you are wanting to fish you'll need to bring your own equipment, the house does not include watercraft or fishing supplies, but does have two crab traps tied to the bulkhead. There's also a private launch for kayaks (not included with rental).

Hopefully you're booking to relax and unwind but if work is a must we’ve included an office work space in the guest bedroom that includes a desk, chair, and computer monitor.

The house sleeps 7 people max, including adults and children. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top.

The kitchen is very nicely stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, and some handy spices. There is also a charcoal grill on site but you must clean it if you use it. Coffee maker is a Keurig (k-cups are supplied).

TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room with access to Prime.

Host supplies starter toilet paper (4 rolls) and 2 rolls of paper towels. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided. Both bathrooms have a blow dryer.

Home is only accessible by climbing a flight of stairs. The garage area is not available for guest access, and there is access to one closet, hangers provided. The property has 5 active exterior camera/audio recording devices running 24/7 for the security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to an immediate removal from the property without a refund. If at anytime the max occupancy limits are exceeded you will be asked to vacate immediately with out refund.
