"I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...

"A bit antiquated, but peaceful and quiet"

"Is was just okay, more than less just a place for catching some Zzz's .. Room had a stale odor and the the Continental breakfast was simple cereal and mini muffins and bread . I think if they worked on just them two issues alone it would seem a little greater."

"While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight....

"Nice curb appeal, entry way was clean, pool was nicely maintained. Room was large, not much furniture but very clean and quiet. Staff were all personable. Breakfast was typical for these hotels, for me not very appealing as I do not eat scrambled eggs and bacon was very greasy. I am not staying at these hotels for the breakfast so it was adequate for a start to the day with a stop for lunch afterwards."

"I don't know why we was given this type of unit?? Our stay last year was great.. this unit was more for a small person or kid.. our really only complaint was the toilet was so small height wise.. which is a task for ur elderly people.. and the picture of the unit was not what we got?? Other than that our stay was great"
