"Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. "Called ahead of time to ask about pool. Get there and the pool was closed for renovations. Apparently when you call you dont get front deck but someone from corporate. The parking was an extra charge and across the street this was inconvenient and unexpected. The hotel was close to restaurants and very walkable. The breakfast in the morning had lots of choices and great coffee. Due to parking fees and no pool we wont return."

"I was expecting more for a Sheraton. My room smelled of cigarettes, the TV signal was flickering, and the floor was coming off, making noises. Also, we had a power outlet on only one side of the bed and the toiletries were not properly replaced in the next days. The bathroom is small and the bath is slippery. "

"When we checked in, we were given room 207. This room was on the ground floor near the lobby, and the floor to ceiling windows faced the second floor of the parking lot in the rear of the property. There were cars parked directly outside of our window. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy as it cycled on and off during the night making sleep all but impossible.
