"I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!"

"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. "Nice simple place. The showers are a bit too small. I was in a non somker room, nevertheless Felt a stong odor that i associate to people having smoked in the room. I had to sleel with an open window."

"Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped arrange long-term parking and answered many questions that we had. Great location near restaurants, shopping and old town square."

"We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Barbarossahof in Kaiserslautern! We hosted a party there, and the staff were incredible in helping us set up the room and prepare for the celebration. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. Our hotel room was stunning, and the quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!"

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Very nice accommodations with nice amenities. Staff was really pleasant and always helpful to our needs."
