I arrived late (It was like 1 or 2am) for my stay due to train delays but the staff both at check in and check out were not the most friendly.
When I checked in, the clerk said he couldn't find my expedia itinerary (this is a property/expedia problem, please fix!) and he charged me again!
Expedia later cleared it up, but when I checked out and got the refund for the extra charge the second clerk also stiff and unfriendly. Rooms were fine, but they had no "do not disturb" signs. People need time to get rest and get ready!
