This unit is located on the 6th floor of the building. Access to the entire unit. No sharing with other guest.

A total of 6 Adults can comfortably stay



Amenities are of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. Complimentary coffee. WIFI Available.

2-minute walk from the nearest tram station



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Security Camera:

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self-check-in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotels and a short term rental license for each host.
