"New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Bimba and would definitely recommend it. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment I checked in. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of. They had a attached multicuisine restaurant , again a nice experience with the food and staff interaction. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Family of 3, 3 month old kid. Booked the most expensive private pool room. The property is perfect for children. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it. However our room was a little let down. The private pool is amazing, clean and heated! There is also a jacuzzi in the room, also great but the room itself is a big letdown. There are 2...

"Okay for short term stay. Not ideal for families. WiFi was poor. Restaurant was average."

"Very noisy and party time during weekends"

"Great stay"

"We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future."

"The rooms looks older and dirty. Things were not kept before and we had to ask for. Beds were sounding. "

"Clean room and friendly staff. Located right in the middle of town!"

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."

"There was construction going on until 9 PM and we are hearing continous sound which disturbs a lot. The Staff are kind and helps a lot. The hotel rooms are not as per the Photos, there are no good restaurants near by not a ideal spot for travellers."

"None of the basic complimentary items were provided and when enquired they mentioned that there is a high demand and supply issue and hence could not provide any of those. Though the staff explained the situation as a chain of hotels and management its staff responsibility that these things are taken care up front. Also their standard check in time is 1pm and checkout time is 11am. Despite of what ever time we check in the checkout is next day at 11am. This is a big negative side of booking...

"The room was clean and spacious and the free breakfast was delicious, overall it was a great experience staying at The Atrium Boutique Hotel. "

"The location is very ideal and the parking is available at the property. The staff were very friendly and polite. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, but it was good for a family and we were there only for a long weekend so it suited our purpose, but in general, I would say the apartment was neat and tidy."

"Not worth for money... Place is calm and nice.. but price is very high. Food items are also less. Only place is good"
