The things that were negative were, ants in the kitchen, on our food, so having to clean up after ants while on vacation, wasn't fun. The front bedroom bed was slanted down by the head, so only 1 person could sleep in that bed, so I had to sleep on the futon, which wasn't the most comfy but tolerable. "The ocean views were stunning. It is a beautiful location, very quiet at the top of a hill overlooking Brookings OR and the Pacific Ocean including some local “haystacks”. Although it’s not a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast, which is important to us. The owners were easy to communicate with, entering the property was easy. The bed was the most comfortable mattress we have had on our travels. Wonderful location."

"Amazing location with Redwoods right next to the cabin! Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views of the forest. Note: there is no WiFi and very spotty cell reception, so plan accordingly. Also the road noise from the highway was pretty steady until about 7:00pm, when the parks closed."

"We had a wonderful one night stay. The space was spotless beautifully decorated and had so much character. The host was incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The bonfire added to the whole experience as well. The location was beautiful and added to the overall charm of our stay. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and unique place to stay. This place hit it out of the park."

"this was an amazing place! the view amazing! there were 16 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. near to Brookings where our event was. Beach access was a little rough for grandparents but doable. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen big enough to have several cooks, the main room very big. the host was easy and quick to respond by text. only issue we had was the pullout in game area was small for adults but fine for children. would love to go back!"
