"Beautiful grounds and garden. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, tasty breakfast.
Only complaint, the front entrance is locked a little early for a Saturday evening, took 2 calls to get the entrance opened.
But would recommend."

"This rambling old place has a lot of character, and some eccentricities. I have stayed here several times and never had a reason to complain. I am an elderly woman travelling alone and would not keep coming back if my rooms were not clean and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and most helpful.
There is only limited parking but as yet I've had no problem - I understand that there is a public car park nearby, and also roadside parking is not difficult.

"Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed."

"Fantastic stay! Exceptional service and breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South. The facilities are excellent and kept very clean throughout. Having parking available on-site was a huge plus for me.
The entire staff is incredibly polite and attentive, but I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast—it was sensational and delicious! A huge thank you to Kamila and Frederick for being so attentive and making our mornings so much better.
Congratulations...

"The Railway Inn is a small hotel, over a pub that closes reasonably early and literally next to the train lines. The barkeep is also the hotel staff and the breakfast cook.
She is terrific and lively. My room was on the second floor - spacious with two excellent twin beds, comfortable bedding and kettle, cookies, etc. They would like entry by 22.00 which I did not see in the ad, so I arrived later and she directed me to reach my room, which she had left open. The breakfast is cooked to order...

"Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room.
We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...
