"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was cozy and clean. I enjoyed going in the beautiful sauna and steam room. For dinner they served a beautiful 5 course meal that was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was also amazing! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone who passes through vipiteno, and I hope to come back here again! "

"Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

"Personal war super freundlich und bemüht, Bedienung im Restaurant war absolut top! Schade nur, dass die 90 Grad Sauna während unserer 5-tägigen Aufenthalt laufend außer Brtrieb war, etstaunlich, das sie nicht schnell wieder intakt gesetzt werdeb konnte. Auch ein Kritikpunkt ist der Mangel an Liegen im Ruhebereich des Wellnessraums - 6 Liegen für ganzes Hotel ist, meiner Meinung nach, viel zu wenig. Im Frühstück-Buffet würde ich mir etwas mehr am Gebäck wünschen. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel vom...
