"Parking lot is ample but a little rough looking. Landscaping could use some love to improve first impression. Lobby is fine but beware that any activity there (like a soccer team party) is easily heard in the first few rooms off the lobby, especially on the 2nd floor. Check in was smooth and staff pleasant. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable but blinds were broken, chair was splattered in paint and bedside lamp was missing a bulb and non-functional. Can’t report on pool or breakfast but...

"The staff was very friendly. Our room had some grimey stuff on the cabinet of the fridge that was very sticky. There were crumbs and stuff in the corners by the bed. A lot of light was coming through the door frame. And there were holes in the blackout curtain. Room smelled slightly of smoke. Bed was one the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Not bad, but needs some improvements."

Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. I thanked them for the offer. ...

"The side door didn’t work, airconditioner was spotty, bathroom door didn’t close, pillows were very thin and only two per queen bed. It was quiet and check in was easy. For the price it’s everything I expected."
