It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.

We booked the standard queen sized room, and it was extremely tiny. Felt like a broom closet and the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, it looked nothing like the pictures unfortunately. We spent $150 on the room for one night, and it's just not worth the price compared to competitors. ...
