I wish 4.75 was an option for overall rating, the reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is only because a set of stairs down to the lake would really be ideal.. it’s quite the hill when carrying chairs up and down with the sand. "Love the location, ATV trails are close, and plenty of room for families. We will be renting it again! Only thing that was a draw back was - no wash or dry to use. One of the kids got sick and was hard to clean up."

"The house was just about perfect and very well stocked. There was ample parking for a boat and 2 trucks. The ease of access to the boat ramp and Kyle allowing us to use the launch permit was outstanding. Other than the rainy days we had and arriving just after a big hatch, it was a great place. Kyle was easy to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had. Unfortunately due to the rain and bugs, we were unable to utilize the awesome fire pit that was just installed. "This property was exactly what we needed. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer and tried our luck fishing the lake. Two of us stayed for 2 nights. It was nice to each have our own bedroom and bathroom, in fact, we each had our own level in the house! The deck overlooking the lake is situated perfectly in that we never saw or heard any neighbors. The wireless speaker was a nice touch for relaxing, hanging out and listening to tunes. Would definitely stay again!"
