"Only real issue in the room was the sink wouldn’t drain, mentioned it at checkout. We were on the bottom floor and you do hear all the walking from above. Beds are very soft. Restaurant was very disappointing, had a very limited menu-and most options were red meat or fried food."

Comfortable room, sizeable bath and dressing area, breakfast included that was different each day and satisfying, yes. Breakfast was served in a lovely glass enclosed morning room, so you look out at the greenery filled grounds while you eat. This is the place you want to return to at day's end after your adventures.
