At the condo complex, you can swim in either of the shared pools; one is outdoors. and the other is indoors and also has a hot tub and a nearby gym.

Located in the Palmetto Dunes area of Hilton Head Island, SC, this condo is near the Atlantic Coast. A boardwalk leads from the condo complex to the shore, and an outdoor shower near the walking path is useful for rinsing off sand after a trip to the beach. The complex also has a seasonally heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and a picnic area with grills.

This condo has two bedrooms with televisions, two full bathrooms, and two balconies. The living room and the master bedroom lead to one balcony, and the other balcony is accessed from the additional bedroom. In the living room, you can gaze out the windows at the coast or watch the 42-inch flatscreen television. Meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen can be eaten at the breakfast bar or at the dining table that seats six.

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
