The tranquil blue color palette and the coastal artwork are almost as soothing as the lagoon and fountain view from the large private patio. The quiet location is ideal - no upstairs neighbors - and the beach is only a short walk down the complex's private paved path. This community has no shortage of activities, and this unit is closer to the recreation than many of the beachside units. You can hold a family sports tournament on the tennis or basketball courts, keep up appearances at the fitness center, or relax in a hot tub. If you opt for a pool day, the fitness-minded can head to the large lap pool while the kids play under the mushroom fountain at the zero-entry children's pool. For mealtimes, there is a large shared gas grill only 100 feet from the front door and a nearby picnic area with a playground and lawn games like corn hole and lawn golf. When you want to go gourmet, indoor meal prep is an option too. The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and new appliances and opens right up to the living area, where you can lounge on the plush furniture and enjoy the 50-inch Samsung Smart TV. The owners didn't overlook any detail when putting the finishing touches on this home, from the main bathroom's walk-in shower to the powder room's quartz countertops.

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
