Everything you need for fun and relaxation is just a short distance from your front door. This oceanfront complex has an exclusive access point to the spectacular sandy beach, allowing you to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, flying kites, and surfing. The Coligny Plaza Shopping Center is half a mile up the road, so you'll be within walking distance of fabulous shops and restaurants. The Shipyard Golf Club - one of many world-class golf courses on Hilton Head Island - is also just two miles north.

The twin beds are bunks in a hallway alcove.
The shared laundry is on the first floor and coin-operated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, our stay was nice and the property itself met our needs. The space was comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. However, there was one issue that affected our experience. A neighbor came to our door and banged on it quite aggressively, telling us to move our bellhop. Her approach was very rude and unnecessarily forceful, which was unsettling.While everything inside the rental was pleasant, this interaction with the neighbor was disappointing and something future guests may want to be aware of.Thank you! The place was nice, but the pictures make it seem bigger. The kitchen dining room and living room were all-in-one small space. I don't know how you could fit 6 people in there. When there was only room for 2 people at the bar and the cupboards were filled with dishes and appliances. So there was nowhere to put the food except on the punk beds. Also, it says walking to dine and there was no restaurants around there.It was all roads. They answered quickly if we had a question and fixed it almost immediately. It was good overall. But you couldn't fit six people in there.It's more fit for two in the living area.

As a previous guest noted - as soon as you walk In You are hit with a musty/moldy smell. Bed is extremely soft, like 0 firmness to it and I was worried we wouldn’t sleep well but the bed wasn’t as bad as I first thought. Apartment was clean tho, fantastic location, facilities you have access to are great. They could touch up some things very easily - 1.Address the smell, 2. Base boards are nicked up, 3. Toilet seat is worn out

We were fairly disappointed in our stay. The pictures need to be updated. You do not get what you see. All the furniture in the living room and the refrigerator have been changed, with what look to be cheaper options. There is only one chair in the patio and no rug in the foyer. The front door and bathroom door stick. Our 6 year old was unable to close or open either of them. When it rained, it smelled like mildew. The dampeners we were given did not help. The huge benefit is the use of the Hilton amenities. However, the grill & bar by the pool only took room charges because their credit card machine was down so we didn’t get to eat there. Not the rental’s fault, but definitely a bummer.

Great location for beach access!

My husband and I stayed here for our “babymoon” and absolutely loved it! Although it can sleep more than 2 people, I felt like the space was perfect for just the 2 of us and couldn’t imagine any more people in there with us! The storage space was limited in terms of where to unpack clothes or leave suitcases out. However, the unit was such an easy walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the access to the pool amenities as well. We had a small hiccup with parking as one night the entire lot was full and the neighboring property’s front desk instructed us to park across the street. Speaking to the initial Vacasa rep was frustrating, but thankfully a local Vacasa rep was able to get in touch with us shortly after to reassure us that we parked in an approved lot and would not get towed.

Great spot in HHI

The location is what makes this unit so great. You couldn’t get a better spot in our opinion based on beach, Caligny, and amenities. The unit itself is not very big. Perfect for a small family. Comes with most everything you need- the pots and pans were terrible though and need to be replaced. The floors need to be mopped as they were gross and turned our socks black within minutes of walking around. . Besides those 2 things, I would recommend it.

Cute place right on beach

We loved the condo. Had a beach view from the balcony. Short walk out to the beach from the yard. Pool and hot tubs were nice. The place was a good size for one adult and two kids. Kids loved the bunk beds in the hall. Plenty of sitting places and table surfaces for the small space. Good location close to eating and shopping.

Great Property But No Storage

Love staying at the Carolina Beach Club and this property was worth the booking. Very clean, great ocean view. Only downside was the lack of places to put our "stuff". No dressers, and the one closet was full of pillows and memory form mattresses. Because it was only the two of us, we used the bunkbeds for storage. I'm not sure how more than two people could stay here comfortably.

I disliked the property.

We were so excited for our vacation with your property. There were so many problems and with the door opening, with the apartment staying cool, and with the bathroom sink. We were very disappointed. I would not recommend it.

Some downfalls, great location.

The management company that we needed to pick up the key from is listed wrong on Google maps, so we wasted time driving in circles. Also the property is listed as 'sleep 6'. Thankfully we had 5, there is no 6th space. The couch is a one person futon only or tips. The place needs curtains in LR, sun rises in your face and BR for privacy. The BR tv didn't work. More towel racks. Otherwise decorated nicely. Kids enjoyed the kid-sized bunks. We love the property.

This condo was very stylish and modern. Loved the decor. Very small though. Only consider if traveling as a couple or one small child. Bedroom could use some drapes due to parking deck lights. But overall recommend just for the amazing location and hilton pools and hot tub!

Underwhelmed

My husband and I are thin and fit. This place was TINY! The bathroom was too small for one person to get ready comfortably. There isn't any counter space on which to put "stuff." None at all. The house is filled with lots decor but needs to be more functional and realistic as an accommodation. Luckily our friends had a rental house where we hungout and cooked. Thankfully we had that other option because the condo was so claustrophobic. The bunk beds are a joke. The mattresses on these beds is only like a foot and a half wide and wafer thing (think camping mat). Only good for young kids, probably 6 and under. I'm trying to make this a constructive criticism for improving the rental.

We loved our stay here for our first time to HHI! It’s on the small side, but perfect size for our small family of 3. Nice side view of trees and the ocean. Pool was amazing, our 3 yo loved it! Could also buy food/drinks next to pool was a definite plus. Only downside was the condo needs a little table, maybe in place of the decorative swing? The barstools weren’t the correct height to comfortably sit. Otherwise loved it!
