Welcome to The Greens! Your vacation will be special in this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style villa within the gated community of Shipyard Resort, perfect for both beach and golf enthusiasts.

Upon entering The Greens 168 you will find a spacious open floor plan. To the right of the entrance is the dining area with seating for four, next to the kitchen with recently updated appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, and additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. Past the kitchen is the large living room with vaulted ceiling, full-size sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio with bluetooth.

The sliding glass door opens onto the inviting deck with comfortable seating for four overlooking the recreation path and a landscaped golf view where you’ll see the occasional strolling Egret or deer. This main level also includes a half bath and storage closet with beach chairs. The upper level includes full-size laundry, and the master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, full bath, and two ample closets. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

The Greens features an on-site pool, just steps away from the villa’s front porch. Guests are only a short walk from the beach, and can enjoy access to Shipyard Beach House, which offers restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and salt after a day at the beach.

Guests have access to all of the amenities within the Shipyard Resort, including miles of bike paths that wind past ancient oaks draped in Spanish moss, tranquil lagoons where you may spot a variety of birds and turtles basking in the sunshine.
Additional amenities within the resort include 27 holes of spectacular golf, the Van der Meer Racquet Club, and the Brickyard Pub.
Please note that the entry/parking pass is required for each vehicle and the property has a limit of one vehicle. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Free WiFi is available. The villa sleeps four.
