Throughout the villa, you'll discover thoughtful design elements and premium furnishings that make this space feel like home. The open-concept living area features a Smart TV, comfortable seating and access to the private enclosed courtyard through sliding glass doors. The dining area has seating for 4, with additional seating at the expansive kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a meals during your stay.

The villa features two bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and a desk area for those on a working vacation. This room has a private full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a full bed, queen bed, and convenient sofa bed, ensuring everyone in your party finds their perfect spot. This room also has a Smart TV, as well as access to a hall bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Outside, the villa opens to a cozy outdoor living space with a dining table and chair set. This property also has an outdoor shower!

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features multiple community pools, open April through Septembe,r with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.

Pet Policy: this home is dog-friendly. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs MAX; 75 pounds per dog.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
