The Space:

Welcome to 13A Xanadu, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa that offers style, comfort, and easy beach access. This bright coastal retreat sleeps up to 6 and brings together modern updates and relaxed island living!



Step into an open living space where coastal décor and natural light combine to create a calm gathering area. The fully equipped kitchen invites casual meals and entertaining. The primary suite is a true sanctuary with a king bed and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is set up for fun and flexibility with queen bunk beds. These two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A convenient half bath rounds things out for added ease.



Outside, you’ll enjoy a private balcony and access to community amenities including a pool and tennis courts. The beach path lies just across South Forest Beach Drive, making it a short walk to the sand. Inside the building, coin-operated laundry is available. Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.



The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
