This is luxury! This is relaxation! This is Villa de Goulet. This home in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, has everything to make your next vacation memorable.

Majestic ocean views soothe the mind all day in this premier villa complex, but there's more: on-site amenities to entertain everyone like 2 outdoor pools with large decks for sunbathing, tropical landscaped grounds, and a paved pathway over the sand dunes right to the waves lapping at the Atlantic Ocean's beach.

This 3-suite top-floor condo sleeps 10 with 2 queen beds in two of the bedrooms, each with its own private bath of a double vanity, a soaking tub and a step-in glass shower with seating to let the cares of the day wash away. Each room is uniquely decorated for comfort as well. One suite has its own balcony with ocean views... but there is a larger balcony off the open-concept completely tiled living area, which features a great room, dining area for 6, and a fully-completed kitchen which includes bar seating for 4. It's great if you're cooking or just doing carry-out; it's spacious and open to accommodate everyone. Adding to all this, there is a washer and dryer also for your convenience.

Directly across the street, you'll find the Coligny Plaza Shoppes, featuring over 60 locations of fine restaurants, clothing or specialty gift shops, even live entertainment in season. Stroll through the area or bicycle your way over the many bike paths available.

Our host Meredith was very helpful and responded quickly to texts. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Location was the best. Steps to the beach. Two beautiful pools. Tiki bar with incredible food and drinks. Not to mention very friendly bar tenders. Shopping plaza with numerous restaurants and shops literally across the street easy to walk to. Very happy with our stay.

Great location and amenities - needs a facelift in a couple of key areas.

Beautiful condo perfectly situated beachfront and in a central location directly across from Coligny Plaza. A bit of updating could take this condo from "good" to "great". The main that fell short of expectations were the mattresses and the refrigerator. Aside from those pieces, we had a great stay in a beautiful condo and would highly recommend. Unfortunately, until those updates have been made, we would likely choose a different unit and hope for a better experience.

The property was fantastic for our large party of 12 people. We had toddlers and teenagers. It is so nice to have 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms so each family has their own space. We did have a leaking sink and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would note that we didn’t have any pot holders in the kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel and rag were available for use. It would be nice to have a few more of those and some pot holders. The pools are great. The proximity to the plaza is amazing. We parked the cars and didn’t get back in until leaving. We would book again for sure.

Great beach location

Pool bar Jim’s (PBJ), which has a rich history on the island, is on property. Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants is right across the street. Beautiful beach. Good communication with management company. Property could use a little updating. That’s the only reason for a 4. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome location - appliances need some help

The location is perfect. The condo itself is very large and comfortable, we were thrilled with it. Several things that need to be fixed or repaired before anyone else stays:Broken washer, broken dryer, broken ice maker, two tvs didn’t work (back bedroom, and lock out), broken beach chair, multiple electrical outlets not working.So it was a bummer that all this stuff isn’t properly maintained but we loved the location.

Spring Break

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) stayed here for 4 nights over Spring Break. Condo is as advertised and is in a great location! Single only complaint is that, upon arrival, we realized the ice maker wasn't working. We notifed the property manager (Five Star Properties) within the first 24 hours that it was broken. They responded fairly quickly that they would get an appliance repair person out to fix it. We never heard from them again. No repair, no communication. Went through out entire stay without a working ice maker. Mostly annoying when you pay a pretty penny to stay somewhere on a beach vacation. But the condo is lovely and clean overall!

Fall break with the family

When we walked in, I could not believe how elegant and beautiful this condo was! The first time there has been enough seating for our entire family. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms were ,great, also. We usually stay in the other end of the island, but loved being here. We highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation

The place was great! Much bigger than we expected and quite clean. We came with our family of four, my in laws and my husbands brother and his fiancé, we had plenty of room for all of us! Awesome location, right there in heart of Coligny, but just on the outskirts of all the busy-ness on the beach at the public access. Great condo layout, huge bathrooms and closets. There were a few electrical outlets in the living room that somehow didn’t work, but otherwise nothing bad to report, great place! Thank you!

Family Vacation

This property was beautiful and so big! The bedroom setups were perfect with my husband and I in the king room and the other 2 were so spacious for 2 daughters with their husbands and our 3 teenagers. Plenty of space on the sectional sofa and the patio was great as well. Location was amazing directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. We had an amazing time!

If you are looking for a place with an ocean view, steps to the beach, and a lively atmosphere, this is the place for you. Great condo. Each large bedroom had its own bathroom so it made it easy for the three families with young children. Only minor issues, it could have been cleaner, the beds needed new sheets and a flat sheet would have been welcome, the kitchen could have been organized (the little ones found the knives in a bottom drawer and the silverware was dumped in another drawer). Since we had little ones we did a lot of cooking. But overall, nice condo and great location.

Our Stay in this Condo was exactly what we expected. - Clean, plenty of room for our family of 9. The view of the Ocean was great. Accessibility to Food and shopping was awesome. The Access the Beach was great. The 2 pools were perfect. And Jims Bar and grill on the property was also awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.
