This beautiful 4th story premium end unit offers the best ocean views in Palmetto Dunes. The oversized main balcony faces east offering beautiful views of the sunrise. From the point of the balcony, full 270° panoramic views are available. Each of the three bedrooms offers beautiful ocean views. You will absolutely not be disappointed with the views, breeze and ocean sound from this villa!

The impeccably decorated villa offers tastefully furnished décor in a West Indies style. The LIVING AREA has a sleeper sofa with two chairs, a loveseat recliner, a flat screen TV/DVD, stereo and a full-length window with a gorgeous ocean view. The DINING AREA includes seating for six, with additional seating for four in the kitchen’s breakfast nook. The KITCHEN is fully equipped with modern appliances. The LAUNDRY ROOM off the kitchen is equipped with full sized washer and dryer.

The FIRST BEDROOM includes a king bed, flat screen TV/DVD and a private balcony with two chairs and a small table. The private balcony faces south and overlooks the ocean and pool area. The FIRST BATHROOM has a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. The SECOND BEDROOM has a two twin beds, flat screen TV/DVD and large windows with a remarkable ocean view. The twin bedroom has private access to the full SECOND BATHROOM which has a walk-in shower as well as a door to access this bathroom from the hall.
