When days heat up, the shared pool can be just the spot to tan all afternoon, or pickleball and tennis courts are available for a bit of friendly competition! When everyone returns home each evening, the covered deck offers outdoor seating to kick back as the sun goes down. Plus, unlimited entertainment will be easy to come by with multiple smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a large sectional in the living area!

Sitting less than a mile from the beach and within walking distance to all the amazing amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer—including the popular Palmetto Dunes General Store, bike rentals, restaurants, and more—you can easily rent a few bicycles or take a quick stroll over to the sand in no time. When you aren't playing a round of golf or relaxing by the pool, explore the nearby shops, dining, and entertainment options, or make your way down to the hustle and bustle of Coligny Beach Park where you can spend the day enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, local shops, and restaurants this area is known for. The northern part of the island also boasts plenty of attractions worth discovering, making this the perfect spot to experience all Hilton Head has to offer!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Two twin futons are available for set up upon request.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
Open-flame, gas grills, and personal grills are not allowed on the property.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
