Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, two story villa with the most breathtaking rear lagoon view. Take in the view from the spacious screened in porch or simply by gazing out the window from the kitchen table. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is first floor king suite, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a second king bed and the other with two twins. All bathrooms are en suites. New furniture, new kitchen, and many new updates in the past few years, 75 Fairway is a guest favorite in our group.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!

The villa is perfectly situated between the beach and the forest preserve. Walk out the back door and you can sit by the water and enjoy the birds. Really peaceful.

This unit was everything as stated in the description. We were attending the RBC golf tournament in the Sea Pines Resort. Perfect location for the tournament, the beautiful Hilton Head Island beaches, and Harbor Town. Will definitely consider to return.

We love these villas! We stay in a different one each time we come to HH. The villa we stayed in recently was perfect! Very clean, nice open area, huge screened porch & had a great view. Very quiet area. I would highly recommend this villa. We will be staying here again!

We have been coming to Sea Pines for 10 years. This property has a really nice enclosed porch that we enjoyed sitting in. It is a 5 min walk to one of the beach access or 10 min bike ride to beach club.We enjoyed the bikes that came with the property. The beds were very comfortable. Had nice TV and internet in the great room. Many condos in sea lines are older- this one could use some paint updating. But overall it was great getaway for our family.

Great location & peaceful setting. Condo was spacious with a lovely screened porch & obviously new appliances. It does need a thorough cleaning & reorganization as there were clumps of dog hair under all the furniture & imbedded in the rug, grime in corners & vents, as well as soiled slip covers & cushions. Toys & cleaning supplies were randomly thrown in closets & upstairs shower/tub drains were plugged. A bucket of Spic & Span with some elbow grease would make it five stars!

Me, my wife, and our fur babies had a great time here- loved the screened porch, watching the gators and birds, putting on the practice green and the short walk to the beach. Very conveniently located to all we wanted to do- only issue we noticed was the sliding door to screened porch is a little difficult to open and close- but that's no biggie- we loved it!

Property was great and well prepared for us. Beware of the alligators that do come out of the water and walk on land. Having two puppies we had to be on guard everytime we took them out.

Good location and comfortable accommodations. Needs new beach chairs, cooler and beach buddy for people who fly to HH. If you drove and brought beach gear include a beach buddy for transport. Not sure about the washer & dryer took hours for a small load. Bring water shoes for extra protection if you encounter a sea ray. You will get jelly fish stings so have some vinegar. We rented chairs and umbrellas for a week. Overall enjoyed stay and would return but educate yourself. Alligators are apart of Sea Pines village. Golf is great but very pricey. If you fly renting a car makes sense as the uber to and from the airport is $100 each way.

The villa was in a great location/ neighborhood. Walking distance to beach. Close to the gate to access grocery store etc. Villa is definitely old, and in need of some updating. Couch is white so shows stains and wear and tear. Tiny holes in doors. Back of the villa needs to be pressure washed. Rust on shower doors. Tile flooring needs to be cleaned along with rugs. Vacuum was left with loads of dust and dirt from previous tenants. Carpet definitely needs to replaced. Beds are not comfortable. But the Kitchen was definitely stacked with all appliances and pots or pans you might need during your stay. Location is great but other than that I donā€™t think I would stay here again.

My family and I traveled to Sea Pines to scatter my auntā€™s ashes at sea. It was an emotional time for all of us, but this home helped bring us all together during a difficult time. The check in process was seamless and we enjoyed spending time together in the kitchen and living room area playing board games and cooking together. We also got to enjoy the screened porch facing the golf course and water. We look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for my family even my 2 year old. It is just a short shaded walk to the beach. The lagoon was just the most perfect view from the screen in porch and my husband even fished and caught a few from the back yard. There were a few alligators, but they didnā€™t bother anyone. The inside of the house was clean. I forgot my pillow like I usually bring when staying somewhere so I used the ones there and I didnā€™t like the firmness of them. Thatā€™s my only complaint. We want to return late summer!
