Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this two bedroom- two bath, WiFi equipped unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! The balcony has a great view of the marsh, golf course and the ocean!

The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances. All furniture and bedding has a bright and cheerful beach themed décor. We are located in the preferred Building Two, adjacent to the main pool and close to our private access to the ocean.

There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on our comfortable balcony that has a beautiful view of Robert Trent golf course, lagoon, marsh and ocean. The pool has a Tiki Bar with an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The food from the grill is quite good there is a full service bar inside. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.

Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.

It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle) that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.

Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.

Whatever you want from your vacation you can find at Hilton Head Resort.

Stayed here for 7 nights and had a good time. Condo was laid out nice for our family of three. Nice view of the golf course and surounding terrain from our balcony. Access to the boardwalk was just a few minutes walk. I recommend taking the shuttle if you are packing anything heavy to the beach. Overall good experience and if we come back to the area I will attempt to stay at this condo. Owner (Bill) was easy to reach and answered any questions we had.

Excellent location and quiet place

We had a wonderful time!! Condo was clean and comfortable! Great location next to the beach! Condo has beach accessories as well, that was very nice! Coco’s on the Beach restaurant at the the end of the boardwalk was awesome!! Overall wonderful and relaxing experience!!

This is a lovely property and just as described- we would happily stay here again. I was a little concerned about the length of walk to the beach (with 2 young kids), but it wasn’t bad, and there’s a golf cart shuttle making trips consistently. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The balcony overlooking the golf course and pond was really nice as well. While the condo had plenty of almost everything we needed, it would have been nice to have a simple stick vacuum or something like that to help with sand that inevitably follows you home (there are brooms and a dust pan, however), and some more clothing hangers in the closets. These were not significant problems though; the owner is quickly responsive, so I would have reached out if we truly needed anything.It was convenient to have the bar at the main pool, as well as Coco’s down at the beach. And the indoor pool was a life saver on a rainy morning. Overall I highly recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable for us and our three grandchildren ages 15, 18 and 7. The accommodations were nice. We had a few minor issues but our host was very responsive and got those corrected. The facilities were nice with indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor walking track. The boardwalk to the beach was an added feature for us. We enjoy watching the wildlife in the way to the beach.

Great Place

Only had one issue and it was resolved by the owner very quickly. Very good and fast communication. Only thing we didn’t like was the long walk to the beach. Not the owners fault and he provides you a beach cart which helped.indoor pool the kids loved

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely responsive and offered flexibility though luckily our stay wasn't affected by storm Debby. Loved the golf course/ lagoon view and Coco's on the beach was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Boardwalk to the beach

We had a great time! The only thing is of you have small children, try for a lower floor, getting everyone up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to hit the beach was pretty exhausting. There are elevators but they are inconveniently placed

Was a overall good stay. Close to beach, not far from dining. Parking lot needs more parking closer to our building and maybe add another elevator on each end. Otherwise everything was great.

We had a wonderful time ! The host was extremely responsive. There is a golf course fairway , lagoon ocean view. The wood bridge looks long BUT very short trip to beautiful beach as well as fun tiki lounge at the path to beach.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

Everything was just as listed. Very well stocked, and nice location away from the busier parts of the island but not far away either. The resort has a lot of amenities available too. The property owner is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Xmas in Hilton Head

Our family spent 11 days at tbe HH Resort over the Xmas break. Condo was great and we enjoyed our time there. Nothing beats a morning walk along tbe beach.

Great Condo

We love HHResort, but especially this condo! It was clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was so helpful not to have to bring our own beach cart and chairs, as they were provided. The location of this condo gives you an awesome view. Balcony is overlooking a lagoon, to the right Robert Trent golf course and a slight look to the left you will see the boardwalk and ocean. What else could you ask for? We love wildlife, and were blessed seeing all the birds and a very special treat of 2 doe, 2 fawns and a buck running along the small strip of land past the lagoon. The unit is also in a quiet area of the complex, which we truly appreciated. This unit would be our number 1 pick for our next HH vacation.

Relaxing Vacation

The building itself is a little dated, but the villa is just as it looked in the pictures. I loved being able to walk out on the balcony in the morning and hear the ocean waves. Shopping/restaurants were not far away. We loved walking down to the beach using the convenient boardwalk. We especially loved the sunsets on the beach. We will definitely be back!
