Look no further for your Hilton Head Island Beach Retreat! Our recently renovated 2/2 is conveniently located next to the tennis courts and has many amenities for the perfect vacation retreat! The resort includes a large swimming pool, beach access, tennis courts, pickle ball, volleyball, a children's park, fitness center, bike rentals and resort restaurants! When not out exploring all of the many activities, relax in our fully stocked beach villa.

The Space:
Inside:
Our newly renovated 2/2 is designed with families in mind. Upon walking in, you'll be greeted by the open layout and light and airy space. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, tv and en-suite bathroom, while the guest has a Queen bed with tv. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements and plenty of seating to accommodate a larger family. The open concept kitchen with dining table ensures all of the family can enjoy cooking, while still being able to enjoy each others company.

Outside:
Step outside onto our balcony and catch the action from the tennis courts. When not staying in, the resort has many outdoor activities to enjoy. Cool off at the pool or beach or rent bikes and explore Hilton Head Island. Sports enthusiasts will have their selection of tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball all located on the property. Golf courses are a quick drive away as well!

Guest Access:
Guests will receive check-in instructions 48 hours before their stay.

Getting Around:
The resort has everything you need to never get in your car. But to get out and explore, we recommend having a car.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Pets are NOT allowed per the resort pet policy. The resort does not support Emotional Support Animals and will fine the guest $250 per day if the resort policy is violated.

Parking for ONE car included in reservation. Additional car parking is $35 per car.

You will need to climb several steps to access the first floor. There is no elevator.

A pack n play can be provided upon request with advanced notice. Please let us know if you will need this for your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
