1660 Bluff Villas is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo perfectly situated in South Beach Marina. This property features an open concept floor plan, tile and LVP flooring throughout and all new bathrooms.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and guests can spread out with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker.

The main bedroom has a king bed, dedicated work space. Smart TV and a private en-suite bath. This meticulously renovated bathroom has a large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. The guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bunk bed, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1660 Bluff Villas have access to the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.

All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
