Family friendly villa with pools, lots of amenities - short walk to the beach

Clean, comfortable, and quiet 2 BR/2 Bath condo at Hilton Head Resort. Kitchen, dining area, living room with tv & wifi, and a tv in each bedroom. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and various beach games are available in a storage unit located under Building 1. Easy access to the laundry room, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room, and running/walking track in the building. Short walk to the beach via a private boardwalk with a shuttle service. Shorter walk to outdoor pools, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, and a bike rental office on the premises. Convenient location near grocery stores (Kroger and Whole Foods at Shelter Cove) and a variety of take-out or dine-in restaurants. Island Deli is located in Building # 1 next to the pool and Coco's Bar & Grill is located on the beach at the end of the HHR boardwalk. Several churches and a synagogue are just a short drive from the resort.

My family and I loved the location, the walk to the beach was nice, but make sure you have shoes on, the boardwalk gets crazy hot! Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. The memory foam matress in the master, wasn't my favorite, but that a personal preference. Place was tidy and clean. We had a ball staying here!

Family vacation

Ken was a great host. He went above & beyond for our family making sure our trip was perfect. Thank you for everything you did! Rooms were clean & spacious. Perfect space for my family of 6.

Short Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and was more up to date on the inside than most. The weather was nice and sunny. This facility was near great places to eat and shop. The property was clean and the walk to the beach was very pleasant.

Super host/ great and convenient space

Our stay was excellent! It had a little bit of a bumpy start with the cleaning company not completing their scheduled clean, though Ken handled it immediately. He went well above and beyond what I would have expected for him to make it right and was an incredibly efficient communicator. The condo itself is updated and beautiful. And clean:) Condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 4. Great location with access to the beach and close to attractions. The boardwalk is long - but the shuttle runs regularly and I really appreciated our beach access had a lifeguard. Our family found lots to do to keep us occupied and the pools at the resort were great. Would definitely recommend staying at Ken’s!

Short Weekend Trip With Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at Ken and Tami’s villa. The location and amenities for the price were excellent. It was fairly quiet despite having folks in the pool at night. I’d love to come back and stay again!

Dated resort, but sufficient facilities

I was little surprised by the resort. It is an older place and feels dated. However, the actual apartment has been updated and appears well cared for (though not *perfectly* clean by our expectations). It takes at least 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and beautiful, and we enjoyed our visits there. If you like to relax by the pool, you have a few choices. But all of them are on the smaller side, and in the busy season there can be times where it feels a little cramped. However, we still appreciated the pool closest to the apartment. Thank you Tami and Ken. We had a relaxing time.

Ken is a great host. Very caring and responsive. The apartment has everything you need. Bigger than the pictures online. My family of 5 were well situated. Resort is well taken care of, pools on site indoor and outdoor. Laundry on same floor. Private entrance to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping near by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for few weeks. The kitchen is well equipped for long term stays. The condo is centrally located near restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our daily walk on the beach. The hosts Ken and Tammi are very responsive.

Great stay!

We loved the location of the condo! The condo itself was wonderful it was alot nicer & bigger than what we have stayed in in the past! We loved the Island Grill & Bar that was inside our resort! The indoor pool was okay only complaint I have is the resort uses way to much chemicals in it they poured chemicals in it everyday! Kids hollering in the pool all hours of the night..... they have 3 pools loved the outdoor pools! The walk to the beach on the board walk I loved it! Our overall stay was amazing the owner Kenneth helped with whatever we needed! Thanks again!

Very well kept up and convenient

Top floor of the Hilton Head Resort building with an indoor pool, very good for family reunions with children, easy walk to the beach, and on the trolley line which is helpful if like us you don’t rent a car at HH airport. The apartment is quiet even with lots of kids in the pool below.

Nice location. Good enough if you’re looking for a place to sleep while enjoying the area. This is an older facility with no upgrades in a long time. Felt run down. But for the price it works.

Fun

Vacation was very nice it was wonderful to have just a short walk to the beach or a shuttle ride. The indoor pool is located right outside our room so the noise level was A little excessive at times but overall the experience was wonderful.

Perfect Getaway

The villa was perfect for me and my family. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was a perfect getaway for us. We loved the area, and the resort had a lot to offer. Ken and Tami were very helpful with information about the island, and were quick with getting back to me whenever I had any questions.

Great for families

Overall, the whole property/resort is dated. The unit itself can definitely use some updating but it was clean and quiet. We used the outdoor pool with the restaurant and that was nice. The boardwalk to the beach was nice as well. The resort is gated with guards with plenty of parking. There is also bike rentals on site. Again the unit was clean and provided everything we needed!

Great place! but bring your own chairs

This was a great property! It was about 10 min walk to the beach but there is a shuttle service that runs periodically. The condo itself was very clean and they provided plenty of linens. The kitchen is a little small if you want to cook and you do have to open the fridge to open the oven, but that didn’t keep us from cooking at all. Really the only complaint was that they said they provided beach chairs and what we found was in very rough shape. We ended up running to Kroger to get some chairs and an umbrella, but would have brought some with us if we had known. Everything else was lovely and to the highest standard!! They were very quick to communicate and super helpful when we had trouble with the wifi (just needed to reset and it worked fantastically)

Great vacation getaway!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. First time we had ever been there so we weren’t sure what we might walk into but it was definitely worth it. Beautiful place, room was very clean, and close to everything. We even saw a small gator in one of the ponds next to the beach but I guess that’s not uncommon in Hilton head there probably everywhere. The owners were very accommodating every time I texted them with a question they always responded in a timely matter. If there was one negative and it’s not really that negative but it is a little bit of a walk to beach. Not so much for our 16 year old son and his friend but for us old timers a different story! Lol. But I will say they Offer a shuttle to beach which was very nice so that kind of made up for it. If you do walk the boardwalk to beach I highly recommend one of those beach wagons to haul your stuff that is a lifesaver! One more thing at the end of boardwalk there is a little bar and restaurant right before you get to beach called Coco’s. We decided to eat lunch there one day they had the best burger and fries highly recommend! Thanks again Ken and Tami!!
