The Space:

Ocean Villa C117 is a meticulously maintained coastal retreat that maximizes space and comfort. The floor plan is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests without sacrificing a sense of openness. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the built-in hallway bunk beds provide a cozy nook that children absolutely love. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The heart of the villa is the bright living area, which transitions seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Step out onto your private balcony to feel the ocean breeze or relax inside with high-speed Wi-Fi and your favorite shows on the smart TV. Other Things to Note:

Parking: One (1) parking pass is included in your stay. Additional passes may be purchased at the security gate for $35 each.

Check-In Requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Valid ID and a credit card are required at check-in.

Strictly Non-Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Violations will result in a $500 restoration fee.

Pet Policy: We maintain a pet-free environment to ensure the comfort of all guests.

E-Bike Policy: Please note that e-bikes are not permitted within the resort community.
