OCEANFRONT 2BR VILLA WITH POOL, BEACH ACCESS & RESORT AMENITIES HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Delight in the SeaCrest amenities of oceanfront pools (only heated in March and April) , kiddie pool, indoor heated recumbent pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and boardwalk to the white sandy beach with waves upon waves. Don't forget the famous Pool Bar Jim's with specialty drinks and mouthwatering food such as burgers and fish tacos. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

Perfect Location

This condo unit is perfectly located on Hilton Head Island! It is steps from the beach, across from Coligny with multiple shops and restaurants (and a grocery), has it's own pool bar/restaurant (one of the only places like that in Hilton Head), two pools, and is ocean side. My only suggestion doesn't have to do with the unit - it is that the building needs new luggage carts! You cannot steer them with luggage loaded on them - it is like steering through concrete. As we were returning our cart, a gentleman asked if he could use it - we told him our situation and he said the one he had just discarded was the same. Overall, great place where we would stay again!

Little piece of heaven

Our family was forced to find a last minute condo after issues with another facility . Not only was 1405 secret gorgeous but it offered an amazing location on the island as well as great amenities . We look forward to booking again asap!

Perfect Vacation Location

Everything was great with our stay. Location is perfect, close to the beach and across the street all the restaurants, shoppping, ice cream shops and grocery store. Will stay here again.

Seacrest stay

The unit was very nice, small plumbing issues that need to be addressed - did make property manager aware, did not impact our stay. Our number one complaint is that we selected ocean view, to look out onto property. Lagoon is drained and quite an eye sore. We would not select this unit before verifying that lagoon was fixed and looked like pictures in property description!

Excellent experience

We had a fantastic time. This place is great for a family of 4. The convenience factor can’t be beaten with the pools and beach on one side and Coligny Square on the other. We plan to come back.

Beautiful accommodations

Loved the accommodations and location, however, was never told about work going on outside below our unit. Paid for a oceanfront so we could sit out with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night but was never able to enjoy that because of the work going on just below our balcony. So disappointed in Host2Host for not being aware of this in advance of our stay. I would have gone elsewhere. Be sure to confirm before you book!

Lovely property with excellent views

My husband, daughter and I have stayed at SeaCrest on five occasions and always enjoy the property due it's easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The condos we have chosen are always nice, and this unit did not disappoint. It is not as updated as some, but it is well kept and maintained with beautiful decor. The colors were warm and inviting and unit is clean. We loved the bedroom layout with the seating area. The kitchen had everything we needed, the only feedback is they could use some additional glassware, and I am used to having lotion, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash provided, so bring those with you. But they did provide extra items in the kitchen that other units do not provide like pam cooking spray, foil, and salt and pepper, and they had nicer gifts for us as guests, in my opinion. The communication with us throughout was awesome, checking in during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens and bath towels were very white and clean, just like I like them. I would definitely stay at this unit again. It was a positive experience. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Clean, very comfortable condo with all we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Great supply of beach gear and easy walk to and from the water. Pool Bar Jim’s was a hit with all of us. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to HHI!

Great Views! Off the beach!!

This was our second time coming to HHI. This is by far the best experience. Internet and cable worked. Washer and dryer functioned properly. The views were beautiful from our condo. We did a lot of cooking and most cookware was present. I only wish they had cookie sheets and 2 or 4 quart cooking pans. They have one pool that goes to 7-8 feet and another that goes to about 4 feet, great for adults who want to cool off and drink. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. With two kids it didn’t feel like a chore to go to the beach and load back up again. Walking distance to the Coligny Beach shopping. So you are right in the action and accessible to everything. We plan to come back again next year and stay at SeaCrest.

Perfect Condo conditions and management.

The condo is pretty, clean and cozy with a beautiful oceanfront view. Easy access to the beach, great parking, nice pools, wonderful food at the pool bar, fantastic location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and highly recommend this condo.

Great location

It was the perfect location for us. The remainder of our family rented a home several blocks away which is where we spent most of our time. However the beach outside our balcony is one of the best beaches on the island! It was so fun to walk to the shops at Coligny.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in Hilton Head the month of January and had a great visit. The condo had the perfect amenities and was in an awesome location. We walked and rode bikes everywhere. Great food, live music, especially enjoyed the drinks and team at Pool Bar Jims-right at our condo!
