SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Designed and furnished with your comfort and convenience upper most, you can be assured of a memorable beach vacation home away from home here. The fully-equipped kitchen is where you'll brew your morning coffee to enjoy on the balcony or take with you for a stroll on the beach. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, plan a family movie night in the spacious living area, and know you have comfy beds to return to for a restful sleep at day's end.

SeaCrest amenities include two oceanfront pools (only heated in March and April), kiddie pool, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and boardwalk to paradise. Be sure to stop along the boardwalk to enjoy Pool Bar Jim's. Then, work-off all those extra calories at gym with indoor exercise pool & the latest workout equipment. Explore the Island on foot or by bike. Find fabulous fashions at the many neighborhood boutiques. Treat your taste buds to delightful dining at one of the many restaurants.

Excellent views. Close to everything. A bar and grill within steps from the unit. When we went the were working on the roof. The rental company did let us know. We had the option to cancel if we wanted, but went anyway. Very little noise but parking was limited.

Great views but needs updating!

This property is in desperate need of updating. The furniture is very old and worn and somewhat grungy, same goes for the tile throughout. The beds (and bedding) are super uncomfortable. The showers are very small and outdated, and the showerheads are a joke. You cannot open the sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony (it is permanently locked) and the dated curtains are weirdly attached so you can’t really open everything up. The elevator is very slow so you have to use the stairs a lot which becomes a real job. Guests are required to wear paper wristbands- when you pay almost 9000/ week (which is the cost after all of the VRBO fees) for a unit, you should not have to wear a jankie paper bracelet. ( why? There are codes on every gate and door.) The views are great though, and the description of the property is accurate. The cleaning service does a good enough job with what they are working with. It is convenient to be able to walk over to Coligny Plaza. We didn’t complain about anything to management because there was nothing management could have done during our week to fix these issues, so I’m just leaving an honest review.

Amazing location and view!

This was our family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and we could not have picked a better place to stay! The location of SeaCrest is amazing, very walkable to many things and the view from 3401 was unbelievable! The condo itself was very spacious and perfect for our family of 8. Had all of the amenities needed for a beach vacation. Host2Coast was very responsive for all of our needs. We would absolutely stay here again for our next Hilton Head trip.

Stunning Views, But Property Needs Serious Maintenance

The location and views from this place were absolutely phenomenal. However, the property itself is in need of significant maintenance. Several issues became apparent during our stay: some light switches were faulty, some tiles were loose, and there were noticeable cracks in the ceiling. Additionally, it was evident that the HVAC filters hadn’t been changed in quite some time, which led to condensation dripping from the vents—a frustrating issue that detracted from our comfort. Moreover, during a storm, water leaked into the master bedroom through the door. While the property management was quick to respond, the solution they provided was far from ideal. Initially, towels were placed to soak up the water, but we had to wash and rotate them ourselves. Later, a company was brought in to pull back the carpet and set up fans, which ran continuously for two days during our stay. Unfortunately, this fix didn’t fully resolve the problem, leaving us with an uncomfortable room for the remainder of our trip.

Comfortable

The condo was as expected. I really liked that hand soap, dishwashing soap,etc eas provided. There was more than enough for the whole week. We purchased and left behind a carafe for the Mr Coffee and a broom. We would definitely stay there again.

The best spot on the Beach

My teens beg to come here every year. The beach is beautiful. They meet tons of new friends every year. We love all the food Hilton Head has to offer. A few of our favorites are Red Fish and Poseidon.

Clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable, views are great, drains worked well, lots of space, loved memorizing all the codes. Next time would love cookware that is not Teflon. Nonstick ceramic cookware would be more in line with the price of the rental. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo!

Almost perfect!

Great location and ocean view. Big enough for 6-8 people. Corner unit with plenty of light. Could use a bit of updating. Slow drains in bathrooms. Very slow elevator…3 way lamps in living room only had single 60 watt bulbs. Everything else was great.

The location of the this VRBO cannot be topped. The View is fantastic and the ease of entry and exit made the entire trip. The condo was as advertised and the accomodations were great for a 3 couple stay. I certainly can't wait to comeback.

Spacious and Gracious

We LOVED this condo and already want to plan our trip for next year! Host to Coast was amazing to work with and super efficient in communication. The condo was clean, the rooms are spacious and it has the best location to pool, beach, Coligny and of course Pool Bar Jim’s! We’ll be back! Thank you!

Hilton Head Condo

Our location was great, perfect view and all that was posted on the ad. The bedrooms were huge and the layout of the condo was very generous. In the master bedroom, we were never able to open the blind because the panels would catch on the door handle and then would detach. We would need to stand on a chair to put the panels back up. Because of that, we decided to leave them closed. Washing machine had a musty smell. Probably needs to be cleaned and lid left open. Stovetop seemed to have a couple of burners that did not work correctly. Would definitely return!!!

Perfect Location!

This location is excellent. Condo is roomy and the view is absolutely breathtaking! Perfect for our family vacation. Jim’s beach bar at the pool was amazing and loved having a kiddie pool for the little ones as well. We will definitely be back! The only downfall was that the floors were a bit dirty. Not noticeable until my nephews knees and feet were dirty from crawling on the floor and there wasn’t enough washcloths. The washer and dryer in the unit was efficient so we could wash them so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Perfect Choice For Hilton Head

The property is beautiful and they have thought of everything to make your vacation easy. You don’t ever have to get in your car if you don’t want to. Restaurants shopping, grocery stores all walkable to the apartment. The apartment was extremely spacious and we would definitely stay here again.
