Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Mini vacation

Pleasant refurbished holiday apartment in good location. Have stayed at this site before. Take your beach towels and kitchen supplies, but the basics were provided.

Great location

This location of the Forest Beach Villas is extremely close and convenient to Coligny Beach. That’s a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay. Overall the unit was nice. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were very comfortable twins. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable and way too high. You have to jump into it. I am also convinced the sheets weren’t washed when we arrived. The floor throughout had an enormous amount of sand on it. Thankfully we had access to a vacuum so we took care of that right away. The kitchen has the basic necessities, however, the quality of the pans was extremely cheap. Very old coffee maker. Very little counter space. TV’s are too small for the size of the rooms they are located in. The bathroom tissue supplied was so cheap and thin we immediately had to go replace it. When your paying a certain amount per night you don’t expect such poor quality amenities. The location really saved the experience. We come to Hilton Head every summer and we’ve stayed at different villas. This one didn’t provide any extras like beach chairs, bikes, beach carts, etc. The king bed was really an issue in terms of comfort but someone else might love it. The community pool was okay and seemed clean. No hot tub. Overall it was good. Pretty expensive. I’m sure that’s driven more by the location than amenities.

Great location and place

This was our first time staying in this unit. The location is great with easy access to the beach and Coligny. The place was really nice and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. A few minor things that could be looked at/fixed: The AC has a hard time keeping up and ran all the time. The outlets might need to be replaced in the master bath/bedroom. They don’t hold the plugs really well. The twin bed closest to the door needs to have the bed frame tightened; it squeaked with every movement.

Lovely and mostly quiet. Easy to walk to places as well. Modern and clean. The only complaint I would have would be the shade in the bedroom did not block out the light from the street lamp and the AC unit was a bit loud. Otherwise it was a pleasure to stay there.

While it is walking distance to beach it is across the road which is t as close as I thought. It is close to walking to Cologne plaza for shopping and eating which is very nice. Also the condo needed to have more items such as a bigger frying pan , dish towels, more than 1 pot holder and maybe some small starter items like salt and pepper for example. Also dish towels and some cleaning supplies would of been nice to have. It also needs new beds and new furniture very outdated and not comfortable.

Lovely condo in great location

Very clean place and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not able to check in until after 4 and we arrived at 5:15. Vacasa was closed and our name wasn’t on an envelope for the parking pass. Confusing check in process and I called the vacasa number. The lady wouldn’t help me because my husbands name was listed so he had to talk with her and if I spoke she told me she could only talk with my husband. Very rude. The home was nice clean and comfortable, however. A hairdryer in the bathroom would be helpful

Good location and nice villa

This is our favorite part of the island and this villa was convenient and had complete move-in necessities. It was clean and easily accessible. I blame the tile floor for keeping the place cool and causing the furnace to run a lot. When the furnace kicked on ( about every fifteen to twenty minutes) the noise in the bedroom sounded like a car leaving the parking lot. When the heat stopped, the rooms cooled very quickly. That being said, we had a good visit and had only a short walk to the beach and to stores. We would go back here in warmer weather.

Full Refund Requested! Construction Zone! Stay away! Hazards Everywhere

This property was a nightmare for what was intended to be a relaxing weekend. Instead once we arrive we notice that the entire facility is up for remodeling. Construction site is directly in front of our patio outside. Scaffolding is up all the way up to our rooms, along with material spread out throughout the entire complex. This complex is disgusting where the stairs smell like sewer grounds because of standing water. Caution tape everywhere. Once we get into the room there’s three different light bulbs out in the lamps and no overhead lighting. We arrived at 5 pm Friday evening. The construction crew is right outside our patio until 7 pm just standing there, as we are uncomfortable to even open the blinds. Throughout the entire day on Saturday there is noises constantly with work going on. Couldn’t even watch tv with all the noise. Very disappointed that we were not informed of a remodeling, and even more disappointed that the facility was in poor condition, unsafe, trashy, and a disgustingly odor everywhere. I’m utterly disappointed, and quite frankly it ruined our trip.
