Webb was so helpful. There was an issue with the wifi and tv not working. We called him and he personally came to the house and fixed it for us

Definitely outdated. Needs maintenance. Listing stated hot tub and hair dryer. Could find no evidence of either.

Location was awesome, close to beach and walking/biking distance to shops, ect. The pools were nice…However We arrived to the porch light being out so we couldn’t see getting in, the back sliding door off the track which continued to come off throughout our stay, there were holes in the screen our small dog could escape out of..the entire place could use a deep clean… the vents had so much condensation mold was growing above them. The couches were worn and old, the lamps were dirty. It was a bit disappointing how unkept the place has been since the listing photos. The host was mostly responsive but didn’t leave check out instructions or any instructions to get to the beach, it also seems as he keeps the same lock code for everyone since the buttons were worn out for the code he provided us .. overall we enjoyed Hilton head and this location but would recommend a deep clean to this unit

Great location, near the pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable! The owner was fast to respond when I had questions. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Time!

We had a great family vacation here - 2 adults and 1 toddler. It was amazing to be an easy walk to the beach as well as a stone throw from the pool (bonus points for the nice walks on the pathways and bridges throughout the backyards!). The property had a grill on the deck which was awesome to be able to use. The kitchen was well stocked! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough for what we needed and the living room was a fun hangout spot for watching TV and more than enough room for our toddler to play with his toys. Everywhere we drove to was 3-10 minutes away - super convenient to have shopping, food and convenience stores so close by (we could have easily walked to the plaza and shopping centers if needed). We look forward to returning here in the future!

Less than expected

Arrived to find a large load of sheets, etc both in the washer and dryer. So we’re doing the hosts laundry day one. The first morning we left for breakfast and the door would not lock. Manager was there within a couple hours. Batteries in door lock were dead furniture is old and worn. Stair are super tight and could be tough for young kids Carpets worn and stained.

Great Location

Perfect location to beach and biking trails. No grass for pups only pine straw, just something to think about if you have a smaller dog.

Year 7 at HHI

My wife and I along with 2 of our sons stayed June 29th thru July 6th. Webb was super easy to deal with and answered all questions very quickly. When we arrived we were very skeptical about location. This was the furthest we stayed away from the beach but everyone states it truly is a short walk. I do agree with this, the walk was easy. As we entered the condo it seemed cleaned and on the surface it was. As we settled in it was noted the villa needs a deep clean. There was significant dust/dirt by the vents, the tracks of sliding door and laundry room along with the HVAC unit. The kitchen is not easy to cook a full meal in do to limited counter space. Webb does have nice cook ware made by LeCreust but obviously renters don’t take care of things. They were pretty beat up. Coffee pot needs replaced grounds end up in coffee pot. We made it all work but was a little disappointing. To be very fair my wife and I careers are in fields we’re we have to be very detailed oriented so maybe it’s just our OCD. Carpeting going up stairs and in bedrooms probably should be vinyl plank. Just hold a lot of sand in carpet. Upstairs was significantly warmer even though there were floor fans. Also I know people don’t take care of things but villa should have some beach chairs, cooler and maybe a cart since it a 1/3 of a mile walk. We Love HHI so we will always make it work. Webb is Blessed to have this villa. I Wish him much successs and hope he continues to bless others with his villa. Bob

First time to Hilton Head

We were very impressed with the beach and island. So clean and relaxing. Upstairs air flow in the condo was t great but the fans did help.

Excellent!

This condo is an excellent choice. Super clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was very nice to have a grill on the deck and the pool was also close and well kept. It took us a minute to find the condo specific restroom at the beach entrance but that is also a very nice amenity. Hoping to come back!

Hilton Head in the off season

My wife and I and our dog had a peaceful relaxing 3 weeks on Forest Beach Dr at Seascape Villas. Our host Webb was very helpful and easy to work with. Great location and unit was updated. Would definitely go back.

Stairs

Being older, my husband and I would have liked a handrail on one side of the steps. It was dangerous for both of us going up and down. Larger couch was very difficult to sit on.
