* For your convenience we include linens: sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, pool and beach towels, dish and hand soap, pot scrubber, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in each bath, various board and card games, puzzles and books, tennis set, pickleball set, 6 beach chairs, a starter pack of bath tissue, paper towels, coffee and tea, (use your own discretion if more is needed) wireless internet.
* Primary bedroom with Queen bed, 55-inch smart TV, dresser, closet w/hangers and shelves, extra pillows and bedding, charging docks at bedside table, ensuite full bath w/ shower, hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispenser.
* 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 55-inch smart TV, dresser, closet w/hangers and shelves, extra pillows and bedding, charging dock at bedside table.
* Guest full bath includes shower, hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispenser.

* This villa is located in the dolphin building on the 2nd level, no elevator. A short 5-minute walk along the garden to the beach. No assigned parking, 2 vehicles per unit allowed. $25 parking fee to be paid upon entry.

The Spa at Port Royal Sound does not allow mopeds, e-bikes, motorcycles, dual wheel vehicles parked overnight, tractors, RV's, golf carts, trailers, boats, watercraft of any kind, no pets allowed. No personal items on shared walkways or porches. No fishing, crabbing or diving from pier or lagoon. No fireworks of any kind. Consumption of alcohol or loitering is not allowed in common areas. Please respect quiet time 10PM to 8AM.
